Late Night Snacks For When You're Hungry AF

Have you ever been starving late at night but you don’t want anything that involves cooking or has a ton of cals? From my many Pinterest boards of healthy snacks and healthy meals, I have found that a late night snack should be around 200 calories and shouldn’t be anything with a ton of sugar or a lot of effort. Here are 5 late night approved snacks for when you just can’t fall asleep because you’re hungry AF.

Frozen grapes

Almonds (or any nut)

Cocoanut Milk Yogurt (from Trader Joe's)

Banana and peanut butter

Cereal (probably not LuckyCharms)
