FYI: Take Your Makeup Off Before Bed

I am sure you have heard it a million times that you NEED to take your makeup off before bed! Well you’re going to hear it again, TAKE IT OFF! Some nights it is just way too much work and takes too much energy to do it, but it is so worth it in the long run!

Studies have shown sleeping in your makeup can cause early signs of wrinkles and aging as well as cause acne, and no one wants any of that!

The best products I have found to take my makeup off are...

Clinique- Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm and the Take The Day Off Makeup Remover for Lids, Lashes & Lips.

  

Both of those products leave my skin makeup free. (I follow up with my normal face wash and moisturizer).

 

For nights that I just can’t make it to the sink, I leave makeup removing wipes in my bedside table. I am currently using (and loving) the Korres Greek Yoghurt Cleansing & Makeup Removing Wipes. They leave my skin feeling fresh and clean.

So basically, if you want to keep your skin looking younger for longer, just take the extra step and take your makeup off, whether it be 2 minutes or 10 seconds. Slide on your eye mask and sleep soundly knowing you went the extra mile to keep your skin looking young!
