All orders ship via DHL International International First Class with a tracking number for proof of shipment. The tracking number will show movement through the US, but will generally stop updating once it has left the US until it has been delivered. Please allow 7-21 business days upon processing for delivery. Transit times can vary greatly especially due to customs & we have no control over it. It's in the hands of customs & your country's postal service.

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country ("Import Fees"). RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and Exchanges are available if initiated within five (5) business days of receiving your package for apparel only.
Jewelry can be exchanged if there is a sizing issue.
You must email customer service within five days to request the return or exchange, any claims made after 5 business days will NOT be accepted. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All items must be returned in their original condition. Perpetualshade.com cannot accept items that have been worn or altered-they will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges for the exchanged item. Kindly contact us first via email before sending out the parcel for faster and better customer service.
