How To Fake A Full Night Of Sleep

How To Fake A Full Night Of Sleep

Have you ever gotten in bed, put your eye mask on and ended up sleeping for what seems to feel like an hour? Well odds are, it was just an hour and now you have to get up and be the badass b*tch you are and conquer your day. Whether you’re in school, working a 9-5, a mom, or just someone who never seems to get a full night of sleep, I have some ways to help you fake it like you have had your full 8 hours of sleep.

Start with a moisturizing eye cream. This will help de-puff your under eye area and also bring some moisture back to your skin.

My favorite is the Clinique Pep-Start under eye cream- $26

A good concealer usually does the trick. Use one with a fuller coverage that will combat the dark circles but also highlight your face at the same time.

My favorite is the Tarte Shape Tape Concealer- $25

Finish your face off with an illuminating but subtle highlighter. This will bring radiance to your skin and make you look like you’re glowing from within.

My favorite is the Laura Mercier Matte Baked Radiance highlighter- $42

Finally, sleep with a silk sleep mask. Silk is extremely beneficial for preventing under eye wrinkles and for reducing the chances of crows’ feet and fine lines.

My favorite mask right now is our White Palm Palm sleep mask-$40
