5 Minute Lazy Girl Workout Before Bed

It’s 9pm and you’re just now getting home from the longest day of your life and you had no time to hit the gym, but you want to get in a tiny workout before you hit the pillow? No sweat! I will share with you my 5-minute quick workout before bed that will get your heart rate up and make you feel a little better before going to sleep.

My favorite song to put on repeat and do a quick workout to is Jessi J Burnin’ Up- Aero Chord Remix.

1 minute- jumping jacks

30 second- sit ups

30 second- plank

1 minute- ski steps

30 second- sit ups

30 second- plank

1 minute- jumping jacks

Have a sip of water and stretch for a minute or two after and slide on your fav eye mask and get some rest girl!
