How To Cure A Hangover In Your Sleep

We all have been there… hungover the morning after a night out, wishing you skipped out on those tequila shots you took right before bar close. Maybe one day someone will create a magic remedy for feeling 100% in one easy step after a night out, but for now I will give you a few tips and tricks to cure that hangover in your sleep.

 

    1. Drink water before you fall asleep. Tip: Before you leave the house to go out, stick a water bottle next to your bed just to insure it will be there when you get home.

    2. Don’t want the water… go for the hard stuff! Gatorade (or any sports drink) will replenish your body of what it needs.

    3. Take some Advil before dozing off. It will cut down the headache when you wake up in the morning. Tip: have them waiting for you with your drink of choice next to your bed so you don’t have to fight the pill bottle.

    4. Sleep with a mask! It will ensure your room is as dark as it can be, even if you pass out before turning the lights off.
