You should never be ashamed of taking a nap! Napping does NOT mean lazy! Napping is crucial in today’s society, so listen up because I am going to give you some tips on how to take a nap like a gangsta.
Drink a cup of coffee before dozing off, (experts say it takes about 30 minutes to kick in so it will work as you’re waking up).
Find a dark and quiet place, (your bed is ideal).
Set an alarm, (experts say a good nap is between 20-45 minutes).
Put on your favorite sleep mask and crawl under your blanket, (I am obsessed with this blanket I got from Target).
So screw what society says and take a freaking nap! Not only will you wake up feeling refreshed but your mind will also be recharged, making you ready to tackle the rest of your day!
