Shipping + Returns
Domestic Shipping:

We are responsible for your purchase until it reaches DHL. We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, etc.
Refused Shipments:
If a shipment is refused, all shipping costs will be charged to customer. Please note we are not responsible or liable for the return, tracking down of, receipt or condition of refused shipments.
Wholesale Shipping
All wholesale orders ship via UPS unless otherwise agreed between account and vendor (Perpetual Shade Corp.)
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and Exchanges are available if initiated within five (5) business days of receiving your order.
Jewelry cannot be returned however can be exchanged if there is a sizing issue.
You must email customer service within five days to request the return or exchange, any claims made after 5 business days will NOT be accepted. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All items must be returned in their original condition. Perpetualshade.com cannot accept items that have been worn or altered-they will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges for the exchanged or returned item. Kindly contact us first via email before sending out the parcel for faster and better customer service.
All sale items are final sale
Domestic returns will be subject to a $6 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
